EDUCATION
Learning how to handle your vehicle is essential to your safety. Here are several ways to learn more:

  • Take an ATV RiderCourse through the ATV Safety Institute. It's free, fun, and informative. Call Toll-Free at 800.887.2887, or go to www.atvsafety.org.
  • Read the manual. Don't overlook this great source of information.
  • Check your local directory for safety course from certified instructors.
  • Read your manufacturer's warning label on your vehicle

ETIQUETTE
Be respectful of your environment, others you ride with and the law.

  • One rider per vehicle
  • Keep those ATVs on natural ground, avoid riding on pavement
  • Keep to designated trails
  • Be courteous, leave road rage to rush hour L.A. traffic
  • Never ride under the influence of alcohol or other drugs
  • Supervise riders younger than 16; ATVs are not toys.
